How can I pay rental?

You pay your equipment and winter clothing rental when returning, after the time you have rented your equipment. We accept cash and most International credit cards, also Amex.

Do you rent winter clothing?

Yes, we have our own new winter clothing rental too for winter season 2024-2025, see all info for prices and bookings from Clothing rental section.

Do you offer ski storage?

Unfortunately, we have limited space, so we can’t offer any over night storage for skis as we don’t have space for that, however you may leave your boots with us on your own responsibility. You may ask Zero Point rental for ski storage.

Do you offer luggage storage?

How do I know wich size to book for clothing?

We have added size charts to clothing page. If you are unsure, we recommend to choose a larger one than normally.

What are your opening hours?

Winter season we are open daily 9:30-19:00, exeptions on Christmas, on 24th we close at 14:00 and open again on 25th at 12:00. Also skislopes will be closed during Christmas peace.

What to wear under the rental clothing?

As the weather may be extremely cold some days, it is very important to have proper clothing to wear under, such as merino wool baselayer and warm midlayer, such as thick fleece or woolen sweater. Note, also that our clothing set doesn’t include any socks or hat, these are very important also. We have good selection at the shop to buy one.

How long is your day rental?

For ski and clothing rental, our day is 24 hours, it is possible to pick up ski equipment evening before, after 17:00, without any extra charge, this is recommended to avoid morning rush.

What if the rented clothing is damaged or lost?

We naturally hope that you take as good care of the equipment you rent from us as you do of your own, but we understand that sometimes unexpected things can happen. Here is our list of prices if something gets damaged, notably stained or lost.

Washing fee for notably stained or dirty clothing: 15€ per piece of clothing
Repairing fee for broken clothing: 50€
Price per lost or unrepairable item: Jacket: 100€, Trousers: 90€, Shoes: 80€ or Mittens: 30€

Can I book advance?

Yes, you may book via our website and we highly recommend this. To ensure availability, please make your ski and snowboard rental reservation at least 24 hours before the rental period begins. During peak season, especially in February, skiing equipment may not be available for all last-minute requests.

Equipment is reserved primarily for those who submit the booking form earliest. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure the equipment you need.

Please note that reservations are processed only during our shop's opening hours, so requests sent at night will be handled the next business day.
